Tree roots had started to raise the sidewalk in several areas, creating a tripping hazard and so requested Trent to remove the damaged concrete areas, cut and remove the roots while maintaining stability and health of the trees, and then repairing the sidewalk so it was again safe to walk on. In talking with Trent initially to describe the scope of work and then when he came out to give me a bid, he was very courteous and professional in our conversations. Trent showed up at the times and days he said would be there and let us know immediately if there would be any changes in the work schedule. I really appreciated that.
